How to Maintain Dough Sheeter

What is the dough sheeter

Dough sheeter machine, also known as dough sheeting machine,dough pastry press sheeter, is mainly used for all kinds of bread, cakes, biscuit shaping and pastrys shell. In the process of making wife cake(one kind of pastry desert in China) or pressing dough, the operation is simple and convenient, with the dual functions of rolling and stretching. Dough sheeter machine is with the advantages of low noise, long service life, non-stick surface, not easy to scratch, uniform thickness, foldable structure, space saving, and easy handling. It is widely used in food processing factories, supermarkets, bakeries, pastry houses, cake shops, etc.


Dough Sheeter Machine Maintenance:
1. Test the dough sheeter machine  with no load. After confirming that there is no abnormality in the equipment, then start to use it .
2. The rolled dough should not be too hard (such as frozen dough), and should not press dough too thin at one time, otherwise it will affect the working stability and service life of the  dough sheeter.
When the thickness of the dough is above 10mm, the press thickness can be adjusted by about 5mm each time. When the dough is 5-10mm, thickness change can be set about 2mm each time, and within 5mm, thickness changes is about 1mm each time.
3. The conveying platform is not suitable for carrying heavy objects
4. After the dough sheeter runs for 40 hours, please re-tighten the belt and chain to the appropriate position to avoid slippage of the transmission and de-chaining
5. After the dough sheeter has been running for 80 hours, please refuel the sprocket, chain and other transmission parts, and re-tighten the screws, nuts and other fasteners to avoid damage to the parts
6. Keep it clean and complete. Bearings, belts, chains and other transmission parts cannot be attached to foreign matter such as flour, dust, etc., so as to avoid slight bearing or accelerated wear of parts
7. Before getting off work every day, please use a wet cloth to clean the dough sheeter, but cannot use water to wash it directly
